StarCraft II Announced

After releasing StarCraft in 1998, I immediately purchased it at BestBuy. I played it constantly, and I would say I was completely hooked on it within a few days. I loved the single player storyline, and the multiplayer experience made it even better. Not only that, but you could make your own custom game maps. I really enjoyed playing it, but then it got outdated compared to other newer games, and I haven’t played it in over half a year.

But two days ago, on May 19th, 2007, StarCraft II was announced. I looked through the StarCraft II site and read all of the information and browsed through all of the available screenshots. AT&T Blocking Out June 15-July 15 for iPhone Launch

Boy Genious Report posts an internal AT&T email to employees limiting vacation requests during the June 15-July 15th timeframe, citing the likely "biggest selling period we have seen in a few years."

To ensure proper staffing during the product launch period, Sales personnel planning to take approved time off are encouraged to schedule their vacations before June 15 or after July 15 to participate in the iPhone launch.

Previously approved vacation will be allowed where voluntary rescheduling is not feasible

No additional vacation requests will be approved during the launch period (6/15 – 7/15).
An earlier report from the same site indicated that AT&T was also planning large iPhone displays for the launch:

Apple iPhone displays will soon be hitting AT&T stores across the country and yes, we got some details! First off, it was relayed to us that many stores will actually have to be rewired because the display demands its own power supply, and even requires a network cable. As far as the size of the iPhone display itself, get this — 7 ft tall, and 3 ft wide! The video I submitted to the .Com Marketing Interactive Ad Agency's April Fools' Video Challenge was a video of my grandmother attempting to eat her daily breakfast cereal on the morning of April 1st. Little did she know, that I prepared her cereal last night, and stuck it in the freezer before I went to bed. In the morning, when I served it to her, she was unable to eat it, because it was literally frozen solid; after being in the freezer all night. After poking at her cereal for a few minutes with her spoon, she started yelling and complaining that her breakfast was uneatable. I offered to check it; while barely being able to hold in my laughter. This only led to her complaining even more. Haha! Hilarious joke.

Spiderman 3

Recently, the Spiderman 3 movie came out. I haven't seen it yet, but I'm hearing very mixed reviews from friends and family. Many say it was great, and many say it was disappointing. So, I'm not really sure what I'm going to think when I eventually see it. Out of nowhere, the video game was released as well. But, I'm guessing that is it very low budget being a movie game, so I wouldn't buy it.
