Wow. That Best Buy in his town is run by downright dirty scumbags. His story is full-proof, but they just won't replace his Xbox. Chance's are, they did sell him a used Xbox or even tampered with it when they took it to the back room. I'm glad the Best Buy in my town is nice enough to just skip questions and replace malfunctioning electronics. I remember when I got Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for PS2. I played it constantly, and I couldn't beat this one mission, and I got so mad I hit the PS2, which damaged the game disk. I was like "Oh shit..." Luckily I took it to Best Buy and claimed that it came like this, they replaced it without any further question. W00t.
