This is a brilliant idea. Imagine the possibilities!
Not only would touring a 30 story tower full of farms and gardens be fun, but the sight of it all would be beautiful.
The whole process would definately help reduce carbon dioxide and improve Earth's atmosphere.
Just the fact that it could feed the entire city of New York is outstanding. And stacking all these farms and gardens would save so much land mass for other uses.
I hope this whole thing turns into more than just an idea.
